  St Georges Hill in Weybridge, Surrey is home to some of the most luxurious postcode districts in the country, so it is no coincidence that one of the year’s most amazing properties has been built here.

 Developed by Octagon Developments – Southern based developer of premium residential properties - the Waverley is a modern mansion offering some 13000 square foot of living space in 2 acres of immaculately landscaped grounds.

 Local interior design specialist, Hill House Interiors, was brought in at an early stage to advise on fittings, colour schemes, wallpapers, tiling and bespoke cabinetry. The targeted purchaser was envisaged as being a successful ‘captain of industry’ or international business person, requiring the very best of specification, fittings and design.

 And so to ensure the very best bathroom brassware was sourced for each of the 6 en-suite bathrooms Hill House Interiors looked no further than the innovative, design led range of Gessi brassware.  

 The luxury Ovale and Rettangolo T ranges, including basin, bath and bidet taps, shower valves, kits and contemporary shower heads, were supplied by Chartley Ltd, UK distributor of the Gessi range, through retailer Burge and Gunsen. Brassware throughout was specified in high quality, hand finished chrome; nothing but the best in a £15 million house.

 The Master Suite features his and her spacious bathrooms. In line with the contemporary styling throughout the house, a simple but stylish Ovale deck mounted spout sits over the main basin, matching the 3 hole Ovale bath set on the large double ended bath. An Ovale wall mounted shower head complete with concealed thermostatic valve, rail kit and handset complements the wet room area of the bathroom.

 Through the rest of the bathrooms, the popular geometric Rettangolo T has been sourced in a variety of guises.  Full length sliding shower towers are matched with matching monobloc basin mixers or wall mounted spouts, all oozing quality and style.
